Quality and certification
Our Company uses Quality Assurance since 1977. Our QA Handbook and our procedures are compliant with standard ISO 9002 (new edition 0 dated on August 27th, 1991 - revision 1 of May 19th, 1992) and can be consulted in our firm.
We have certified control operators COFREND level II and we have at one's disposal non destructive testing's equipment (gammagraphy, ultrasonic testing, magnetic flow detection, dye penetration testing); a mechanical test laboratory (impact test up to -50°C, tensile test, bend test, hardness).
WILLAME is specialized in (cold and hot) forming of steel shells, tubes and cones, in heavy thickness, rolled and welded, for heavy industry. Our equipments and know-how allow us to realize the welding of steel tubes and also the heat treatment of pieces after manufacturing.
